John M. Bennett
John was born in Juneau, Alaska, and lived in Colorado, Wyoming, and Virginia, before his father moved John's family to Montana in 1980 - his dad's home State. He attended Big Sky High School, in Missoula, Montana, graduating in 1984. John graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1988.
Upon graduating from Montana State University John moved to southern California and worked for Dow Chemical for five years. While working for Dow Chemical he attended night classes in the Business Administration Masters program at Pepperdine University.
He returned to Montana in 1993 to study law at the University of Montana. John received his law degree in 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana.
John is married to Molly, and they have a shetland sheepdog (sheltie) named “Bruce,” a Collie name "Duke", and a cat named “Clyde.”Their interests include golf, skiing, and traveling.

Thaddeus J. Brinkman
Thad was born in Bozeman and grew up in Denton, Montana, where he graduated from Denton High School in 1994. He graduated from Dickinson State University in North Dakota in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science and an English minor. While at Dickinson State University, Thad participated in varsity football where he was a starter on the offensive line for three years and was an academic all-American his senior year. After graduating from Dickinson State University, Thad returned to Montana and attended law school at the University of Montana School of Law where he graduated in 2001. During Thad's second and third years of law school, he interned at Bennett Law Office, P.C.
Thad's practice is transactional in nature. His primary focus has been in the area of estate planning and probate. He also has experience with commercial, business transactions, real estate, and liquor licensing.
Thad is active in the Missoula Exchange Club. He is also a board member on the Garden City Softball Little league, President of the Lady Osprey Fastpitch Softball Club, and he coaches several softball teams for Little League and ASA.
Thad has two daughters and one son.

Duncan F. McMullin
Duncan was born in Santa Rosa, California, and grew up in Ennis, Montana, in the beautiful Madison Valley. Duncan attended the University of Montana and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies.He matriculated to the University of Montana School of Law and interned with Bennett Law Office, P.C., during his second and third year.During his third year of law school, Duncan’s law clinic was with the university’s legal services, a program providing legal assistance to students. He handled a myriad of cases including landlord/tenant law, family law, minor civil litigation and misdemeanor criminal defense. Duncan received his Juris Doctor in June of 2007 and has a general law practice that focuses primarily on transactional law. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana and the American Bar Association. While his education in the classroom has proved valuable, his education garnered abroad has also served him well.Duncan began traveling with his parents and three younger siblings when he was ten years old and has not remained sedentary since.When Duncan is not in the office he is most often found remodeling his house or planning international adventures with his wife, Kristina, also an attorney.His other hobbies include basketball, culinary arts, gardening, walking Uli the Papillon, and painting canvases with spray-paint.
